These terms cover this website. They do not cover the plugins themselves, which are licensed separately, as explained below.
This site is published by Ricardo Mendes, trading as SphereLab, in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. It exists to describe the products and to link to where they are sold. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote it with attribution.
SphereLab products are sold and licensed through aescripts + aeplugins. Your purchase, your licence, your payment and your right to refunds or support are governed by their terms and by the licence supplied with each product, not by this page. Nothing here adds to or takes away from those terms.
The text, design, images, videos, names and marks on this site belong to SphereLab, except where something is credited to someone else. "After Effects" and "Adobe" are trademarks of Adobe Inc., which has no involvement with SphereLab. Other product names mentioned belong to their respective owners, and are used only to describe compatibility or comparison.
You may not copy the site wholesale, present it as your own, or use the SphereLab name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
The site is kept as accurate as reasonably possible, but product details, prices and availability change, and pages can lag behind. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. The authoritative description and price of any product is the one on its store page at the moment of purchase.
The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted or error free.
Links point to places SphereLab does not control, including the store. Following one means that site's terms and privacy policy apply, not these.
To the extent the law allows, SphereLab is not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Claims relating to a product are governed by the licence and store terms under which it was sold. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes fall to the courts of Rio Grande do Sul, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
